Upgrades for Tapster Sidekick 1.5

A customer challenged the Tapster Team to make the Sidekick robot faster.  How about 700+ taps per second faster?!

The Tapster Sidekick 1.5 builds on the same parallel scara platform, but increases speed and accuracy with stepper motors and a solenoid outfitted with a capacitive tip.
